Outreach

Through the University Hospitals EMS Training & Disaster Preparedness Institute, we provide cardiac related outreach all accross Northeast Ohio. Our outreach events are at health fairs, home days celebrations, civic open houses and other events. At these events, we provide blood pressure screenings, cholesterol level checks, blood sugar tests, body mass index checks, cardiac health counselling as well as many other health services. For those who have a need or desire to see a UH physician, we can accomodate that request as well. Armed with the information and guidance, people can make informaed choices as to their cardiac health care.
